Calcium plays an essential role in stabilizing cell walls and promoting ionic reactions in plants. This calcium solution has a concentration of 1:3000 and, in addition to calcium, also contains nitrogen and trace elements such as iron, copper and manganese.

Calcium deficiency can occur when the evaporation flow (xylem) in the plant is obstructed by factors such as high humidity or dense vegetation. A calcium deficiency results in weakened cell walls, a higher susceptibility to mold and the death of growing points and young leaves.
